Perpetua is the school nurse. She teaches health and hygiene to the students and treats them for minor injuries and monitors them when they are feeling ill.

Faith (or Bibi as most know her!) is truly the matriarch of the Queen Elizabeth Academy. She is Kilines’ mother and her fierce belief in the power of education made sure that her six children grew up to be a group dedicated to ensuring it for all. She is an important source of wisdom and guidance for the younger members of the team when decisions about the school have to be made.

Abuhudi is the school farm manager. His daughter also studies at the school. He works hard, developing the garden and farm to make sure that the students have all the nutrition that they need and that the school can also make some income by selling their surplus at market.

Maisha is one of the school cooks. She is kind to the core, always ready to help with whatever task is at hand and looks after the students with a lot of love and laughter.

Jonas Daudi and Faustini Mugomba, here flanking the late Michael Sekwiha, are the school guards. They do their important work keeping the children safe with patience and joy. Everyone is very thankful to have them.

Micah shows his love for the school by always being there to make deliveries, work on the farm, take part in decision making and by being a role model to the kids for what it means to live with integrity.
